Our approach
Chase Justice represents passengers and crewmembers on maritime claims and injured plaintiffs in personal injury matters — premises liability, automobile accidents, dog bites, defective products, and more. The firm is based centrally off I-95 in the heart of downtown Miami, minutes from the world's largest cruise port. Visitors to the eighth-floor office find convenient street and garage parking.
Brandon has set the practice apart from larger firms by making himself personally available to clients — a personable, dynamic, and relatable advocate with courtroom strength that consistently outpaces the opposition. We travel to clients when that's easier for them: homes, offices, hospitals, public meeting places. First consultations are free, and personal injury, cruise passenger, and crewmember cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. You owe nothing unless we recover for you.
Background
Brandon graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Telecommunication and minors in Business and Theatre in 2006, then earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011 — first in his class. At Nova, he competed on multiple Moot Court and Mock Trial teams across the country, served as Executive Editor of the Nova Law Review (Volume 35), and made the Dean's List every semester.
A native of South Florida, Brandon has worked at civil litigation firms representing financial institutions and, more recently, at a maritime defense practice representing major cruise lines in admiralty, personal injury, and commercial litigation. That defense experience now drives how he builds and tries plaintiff cases. He lives in Miami and is active in the Miami-Dade theatre community; outside of work he enjoys running and cooking.
